Our client, a leading provider of stock plan services, is seeking a new Client Service Manager.  This is a full time, direct hire position which will play a vital role in supporting and servicing some of the firm’s key clients.  The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of equity compensation plans as it relates to administration and financial reporting.  Candidates from both issuers and vendors will be considered.
  • Manage key client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for them
  • Resolve all issues in a timely and accurate manner, providing and creating solutions, as needed
  • Provide oversight of daily processing activities for assigned companies, including processing of settlements, lapses and large institutional trades/deposits
  • Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting as well as financial reporting (ASC718/IFRS2); Ad-hoc reporting, as needed
  • Continued education on new regulations and equity compensation issues
  • Lead bi-weekly calls and regular on-site visits with clients, ensuring overall satisfaction and resolution issue follow-up
  • Provide support, as needed, for RFI/RFPs, web presentations, onsites, etc.
  • Advocate client needs within product and technology groups
  • Up to 20% travel, ability to provide after-hour support, when needed
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in equity compensation or brokerage
  • CEP, a plus
  • Working knowledge of stock options, restricted stock, ESPP and other related items such as dividend equivalent rights and ASC718/IFRS2
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, deadline driven
  • High level of professionalism and a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
