Our client, a leading Registered Investment Advisory firm, is seeking a new Registered Client Service Associate.  A full time, direct hire position, this position will support a leading Financial Advisor.  The ideal candidate will have their active Series 7/63 licenses, be client service focused, detailed and have excellent interpersonal communication skills.



  • Provide administrative and operational client service support to the Financial Advisor
  • Solicit orders from clients and provide investment advice to clients
  • Provide assistance to the Financial Advisor/team by furnishing account information and quotes, establishing new accounts, and processing deliveries and/or payments
  • Perform a variety of administrative functions including, but not limited to, typing of letters, forms and reports from rough draft, as well as preparing and/or originating correspondence for Financial Advisor
  • Handle telephone calls or other inquiries, for research reports as well as resolving account problems
  • Provide knowledge and systems support to branch personnel and training for entry-level assistants


  • College Degree
  • Active Series 7 and 63 (or 66) licenses
  • Previous brokerage industry experience
  • Strong client service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly accurate and analytical
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Intermediate user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Experience interacting directly with customers
  • Ability to provide administrative support, including responding to prospect/customer inquiries and requests for information
