Our client, a Fortune 100 company, is seeking a new Senior Financial Analyst II to join their team.  A full-time, direct hire position, this opportunity is with a top tier organization who is known for hiring and developing exceptional talent!
  • Provide financial support to organization and manage business partner relationships
  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting planning process for each functional area for operating expense, headcount and capital expenditure
  • Lead the coordination and delivery of accurate and timely monthly and quarterly management reporting packages – present results to business partners
  • Support month-end close and reporting activities including accruals and variance analytics.  Develop an in-depth understanding of key business drivers to incorporate into monthly commentaries
  • Provide ongoing analytical support to assist management with tactical and strategic decision- making processes
  • Develop a good understanding of key performance drivers and issues relating to budget and actual results ensuring key issues, risk and business drivers area understood and highlighted to management
  • Drive Capital project budgeting, analysis and actual reporting (POs, invoices) to support reviews and planning
  • Drive continual improvements to processes, systems, financial tools and documentations
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies and procedures
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business
  • MBA, CPA or Chartered Accountant preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a financial planning and analysis role
  • Experience with a multinational organization
  • Experience with Hyperion and Oracle ERP
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical and modeling skills, strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and solid understanding of finance concepts
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Highly motivated and committed to driving change and to continually improving processes and results
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines in an accurate and timely manner
