Our client, a publicly traded, global company is seeking a new Senior Stock Administrator.  Based in downtown San Francisco, this is a full-time, direct hire opportunity reporting into the Finance Department.  The Senior Stock Administrator will be responsible for managing the global equity plans and certain reporting requirements around equity awards to the Company’s Board of Directors and government agencies. 
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in global equity administration, having managed a plan in a sole contributor capacity in the past.

  • Reconcile outstanding shares and equity plans on a monthly basis
  • Maintain stock administration database (EEO)
  • Interface with finance, payroll, human resources and legal
  • Assist in the coordination and communication of equity plan updates and guidance - Conduct trainings in person, as well as via phone and video
  • Drive all global equity related year-end processes
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting materials for inclusion in the Compensation Committee meeting packages
  • Assist in preparing schedules for statutory and other reporting related to the company's equity plans and stock-based compensation
  • Prepares month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting, equity-related journal entries and supporting schedules
  • Manage ESPP
  • Implement and monitor processes, identify areas for increased efficiency and ensure appropriate review, approval and internal controls are in place across the company’s stock transactions
  • Primary point of contact for employee inquiries and support
  • Special projects, as assigned
  • Ability to support any future SEC reporting requirements such as  Section 16 reporting requirements
  • Responsible for administering equity plans for the global employee base, 10b51 plans enrollment, exercise/release and sale transactions.
  • Assist in preparing schedules for proxy and statutory reporting related to the company's equity plans and stock-based compensation.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in global stock plan administration for a publicly traded company
  • CEP designation, preferred
  • Well experienced with Equity Edge Online
  • High degree of sensitivity and discretion in working with confidential information
