Our client, a notable technology company is looking for a Stock Plan Administrator to join their team.  Based at the headquarters in Sunnyvale, this is a full-time, direct hire position, reporting to the Manager of Stock Administration.  This role is an integral part of their organization, working cross functionally on a global basis.  The ideal candidate will have an analytical focus, a minimum of 2 years of equity experience with a global company, a high level of competency with Equity Edge Online and Excel.
  • Process daily stock option trades and RSU releases, including performance
  • Prepare the monthly grant report
  • Import participant and payroll records into EEO
  • Update employee terminations
  • Record daily bank wires
  • Prepare journal entries for stock transactions
  • Provide transactional data for Section 16 Officer reporting
  • Track trading windows
  • Month and quarter-end reporting and reconciliations
  • Support SOX testing
  • International compliance
  • Resolve employee stock related questions
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Competent with Equity Edge Online (system settings, smart alerts, account set-ups, etc.)
  • Intermediate user of Excel (pivots, formulas, v look-ups, etc.)
  • Global stock plan experience including an understanding of China SAFE requirements
  • Experience with Section 16 filings
  • Ability to work well cross-functionally
